Making a variation of Heather's chai from Whole Food Kitchen has been a welcome treat on these busy May weekends. A little afternoon reprieve and pick-me-up in a hectic day.
I learned the hard way to make it decaf if I'm sharing it with the kids.
I make mine with homemade almond milk, my mom's recipe.

That looks so delicious. Thank you for the link to your Mommma's almond milk recipe. I have a 15 month old dtr that drink only Almond Milk. Except I buy mine from the store. I would love to switch to homemade. Thank you for sharing both recipes.
