In the dog house

We watched the movie Bolt this past weekend. The kids are actually watching it again right now for the third time before we return it to the video store. It's such a cute movie, definitely recommend it.

I'm not a "dog person" (that's not our dog up there, that's TD from the animal shelter where we volunteered) or a pet person for that matter. But I just LOVED this song Barking at The Moon by Jenny Lewis. I fell in love with "there is no home like the one you've got because that home belongs to you". I bought the song on iTunes and I've been singing it for days.

We're big into home around here. Homeschooling, homecooking, homemaking. And I don't just mean me; the kids love making homes.

(For the life of me I can't figure out how to put a song directly into this post. If anyone can tell me how, or point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.)

All the little dwellings are so cute. When I play with my kids, I'm always the one who wants to create the structures..."Let's make a town!...Let's make a zoo for the train to go around..." My son gets lured in, but my 3-year old could care less. LOL
