The timing of holiday preparations are not a tradition for us. What we do and when we do it and how much of it we do really depends on the year and where we're having Christmas. But now that live in this home are there definitely tree traditions to uphold.

I invited Mom for a Friday night date to Mahone Bay and we visited all the “where things were happening” as listed on the pamphlet. Our favorite of these was the market at St James Anglican Church Parish Hall.

A new video has been uploaded to YouTube. In it we visit Sand Dollar Beach and marvel at the marine wildlife, I give a tour of our entry and clean a bookshelf (I hope it's more interesting than it sounds). You'll get a peek into my herbal apothecary, watch us (my dad) build the sauna deck, and we'll go to the blueberry patch together.
