Bathroom reno photos

Here's the bathroom before and after photos. We still need to add trim where the wall meets the ceiling. We don't like to waste and discard usable things so we kept the sink, even though its kind of ugly, but repainted the vanity for a fresher look. There used to be a window in the bathroom but in years past this window was 3/4 covered by an addition off the back of the house. So we took out the window altogether and in it's place put a bathroom vent and an outlet for the dryer.

Looks like you are really doing a decent job of your renos. Your tenant(s) are lucky to have caring owners. Those metal pipes on the ceiling can be painted to blend in with a white ceiling too. Good job, Damien, your Dad is proud of you!

Wow, you guys did some amazing changes. I am very impressed with how the vanity turned out. I never would have dreamed that simply painting it would update it so much (the new knobs help too.) The whole wall looks so much better with the paint, new mirror and vents. Love the bathtub area too, with the bright shower curtain and rug. Did you guys redo the floor too? Keep posting.

Yes we re-did the floor. Ripped off the smelly lino and repaired the subfloor and installed commercial vinyl tiles on top. It's great tile - easy to install & very durable. We choose a fun color scheme as well - off white with yellow, purple/blue and teal green flecks. We installed this same flooring on the stairs but I haven't taken a picture yet because we have to paint the entry still.
