The desire for creative expression has been in the forefront for me these past couple months. I've been motivated during this life "season" to discover what energizes and moves me, to hone my crafts and become more skilled at communicating the beauty I see all around me.
Thanks to my friend Emily who pointed out in a recent blog post that my creative gifts are a part of who I am, something I've been given. Her thoughts are challenging me to be more bold in stating what I am, and I don't mean mother, wife, homemaker, homeschooler, daughter, sister etc...
I am also, just as importantly a gardener, writer and photographer. And who knows what else? What creative gifts have you been given? I encourage you to recognize them and enjoy using them to bring joy and beauty to your life and others.
