We're going home tomorrow so we got in the last trip to the ocean today to hike Green Bay to Broad Cove.
Yesterday we took the kids out on the canoe and explored up a little creek that flows into the lake the mom & dad live on. Our trek included a portage and some small but fun "rapids". Great fun - I'm happiest when I'm outdoors with my family.
Also happy to be going home. After spending the last 4 weeks with extended family, first Zoltan's family coming to visit and then coming to my parents, I'm ready to be home with just the 5 of us.
