I see a tiny little diamond stud in your nose - that looks new to me! How cool!

My mom was right when she spotted the nose stud. You can maybe see it a bit better in this picture. Click on the photo to see it larger.
Thanks for all the great guesses. I'm actually getting new glasses soon. Hoping to get something fun & funky. But no Mel I will not be getting a tongue ring anytime soon.

My guess is that you are wearing new glasses. Very nice. They suit you well. By the way...I always read your blogs.
