While my family was off hiking in the mountains yesterday I spent most of my day gardening. First I cut flowers for indoors. A fresh bouquet with steaming coffee, ahh... the very best way to start a day.
Then I worked. I weeded, pruned and deadheaded in all my flower beds and cleaned up the vegetable beds and garden paths. I transplanted a few perennials to more suitable locations. I got dirt under my nails and ended the day with an aching back. A day well spent in the garden.
In the late afternoon light, when I was done my work and had come in for the day, I lost myself in the beauty of these flowers. Flowers that I cultivated and tended and then picked for my very own enjoyment and pleasure. The beauty of gardening.
what a great way to spend your time alone!
Greetings from Los angeles! I'm bored at work so I decided to browse your site on my iphone during lunch break. I love the info you present here and can't wait to take a look when I get home. I'm shocked at how fast your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I'm not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyhow, very good site! http://aquaponicsdesignsdiy.info
