Camping weekend

We kicked off summer with our first camping trip of the season this weekend. Our plan is to camp 3 more weekends this summer. So we've been planning for months and making some strategic purchases in order to simplify the packing and meal preparation. All the advance planning paid off and we had a fantastic weekend.
- Waterfalls, streams & lakes
- The children climbing their first mountain - Table Rock in Grafton Notch State Park.
- Lovely weather, only one night of rain.
- Reading aloud around the fire.
- Tenting in the woods, with fewer bugs than expected.
- Damien preparing all the meals and doing most of the planning and packing.
- Truly relaxing with my children and husband with no agenda & no responsibilities - turns out I am an easy going person afterall!
