One of my current Kindle reads is Super Immunity by Dr. Fuhrman.

Let me tell you, after this month's "through the ringer" bout of sickness in our home I need to dig deeper and further apply the wisdom in this book.
So far, I'm really enjoying the book. I love Fuhrman's message and how he's so direct and honest about the dietary truth - we are what we eat.

One of the recipes in the book is Pomegranate Muesli. Celine prepared her own version of it a couple weeks ago while still living with my parents and we all loved it. It was so good. I tweeted it and someone saw that tweet and asked for the recipe.

I'm happy to say my mom posted Celine's version on her Real Food Matters blog. In that post she also shares some behing-the-scenes of sharing a kitchen this summer (who cooked what) and gives a snapshot list of some of the food we prepared during our time together. Reading through it makes my mouth water.

I'm off now to dish up my bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. No offense Damien (our breakfast cook) but I'm wishing it was pomegranate muesli.
