Our camera arrived a couple days ago. Yesterday morning we went to Bates to play in the leaf piles. They blow all the leaves into huge piles and then suck them up to dispose of somewhere - I hope they're composting!
Anyway, here's from yesterday's romp in the leaves
I think this photo looks so much like Damien at this age, from photos I've seen at Mom & Dads.
Your pictures are beautiful - your kids: the sunshine in their eyes and expressions of childish delight, the leaves: their color and their very presence which speaks of fall and not winter's snow, like what's falling here in Alberta today. I'm so thankful you replaced your camera; you obviously didn't lose your photography skills!
Wow the kids are getting big! I remember playing in the leaves when I was little but they were never that BIG! I bet you see kids of all ages(even adults) jumping in the leaves in Maine....they look so tempting. Thanks for posting pictures. Did you say what kind of camera you got?...I wasn't sure if I missed it. Please give all the kidlets a big hug from Auntie Becky

Renee, your camera takes absolutely beautiful pictures (as do you for that matter.) Keep posting them, it is so nice to see what it is like around where you live and where Damien works. Thanks for sharing.
