Just like Daddy

On Saturday night we had a little scare in the bathtub. I had left my razor on the side of the tub and Brienne found it and decided to try shaving like Daddy. Laurent called to me and I came into the bathroom to see Brienne with a mouth full of blood. It was actually only a tiny cut above her lip but it bled a lot. At first I had no idea what happened, I thought maybe she knocked out a tooth. I am proud to say I didn't freak out, I tend to be a panicky mother.

My Mom experienced the same fear with me, but I wasn't trying to be like Daddy. I was shaving my legs, probally trying to be like Christy. Twenty years later, I still have the scar on my leg. I'm so glad to hear that she's ok, I think those incidents are more tramatic for the parents than for the kids. Good for you Renee for not freaking out, I don't know how I'd respond....I'd defiently be stressing. I must admit that it is cute that she was trying to be like Daddy.
